In 1959, the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District built University Park as an elementary school on land donated to the university and leased by the district. The district transferred the building to 黑料视频 in 1994. The university renovated the building into space for classes and offices.
In December 2025, the 黑料视频 Cooperative Extension Service鈥檚 Tanana District office moved out of the building, which is to be repurposed as a child care center.
